What we collect

When you request a booking we collect your name and phone number, and the room, date, and time you choose. If phone verification is enabled, we send a one-time code to your number to confirm it's really you.

How we use it

We use your details only to manage your booking — confirming it, contacting you on WhatsApp, and recognizing you as a returning customer. We do not sell your information to anyone.

Messages

We may contact you about your booking or occasional offers. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to a message or telling us at the desk.

Data retention

We keep booking records for our own operations and accounting. You can ask us to remove your customer record by contacting us.
